DIVERSIFIED COMPUTER SUPPLIES (DCS) ACQUIRES PI DATA SUPPLIES ASSETS FROM CMA (Credit Management Association)

ANN ARBOR, MI (November 26, 2012) Diversified Computer Supplies, Inc., is pleased to announce that it has acquired the assets of Pi Data Supplies, a California based distributor of imaging supplies and data media storage to the independent dealer channel since 2004. These assets were acquired from CMA, a company whose history of service as an Assignee for the Benefit of Creditors is unparalleled.

The acquisition of these assets advances DCS's strategy of becoming the dealer's first choice in purchasing imaging and data storage consumables. DCS continues to pursue an industry leading portfolio of products and solutions, as well as enhancing our team of talented and skilled professionals to serve dealers nationwide. These assets strengthen our position as an industry leader, which enables us to better provide dealers with the tools and materials needed to continue to grow market share in the copier, fax, printer and data storage supplies business.
